Our Experience

Günzel Drilling has 12 years of specialised experience in drilling an extensive range of formations in different countries, areas, terrains, biomes and socio-economic environments.

Our founding member’s 40 years of academic and practical experience as geologist in the mining and exploration environment reinforces our expertise and continues to proof invaluable in anticipating client requirements and applying apt core drilling techniques the first time around.

Our work led us to all the corners of Namibia and through the rainforests of Gabon. Exposure to a high variety of formations and operational environments enables Günzel Drilling to approach every project in careful consideration of required coring technique, suitable equipment and location specific factors framing a drill program.

Our interaction with third party stakeholders from various backgrounds sensitised our staff and operational procedures to the concerns and expectations of land-owners, residents or authorities linked to a particular project location.
